  • For a quote:
    • Requested coverage limits, dates of travel, age(s) or date(s) of birth for each traveler, destination, trip type (e.g., pleasure, adventure, business), nationality, and country and/or state of residency.
  • To purchase an insurance policy, we collect from you and disclose to the relevant insurance carrier(s) the following information in addition to the information required for a quote:
    • Name, telephone number(s), email address, mailing address, passport number, trip deposit date (if applicable), trip departure date, and to the extent applicable, information concerning the travel, booking and/or tour operators.
    • Credit card information.
  • For an insurance agent to inquire about doing business with us:
    • Business contact information such as name, company name, telephone number, mailing address, state insurance agent license number.
    • Other business information, such as the insurance providers with which you have current agency contracts.


Company does not knowingly collect or process any information from anyone under 13 years of age (16 in the EU), and the Website is directed to people who are at least 13 years of age (16 in the EU). However, we will collect and process personal data about children under 13 years of age (16 in the EU) when submitted by a parent, guardian, or other appropriate adult for the purposes of obtaining a quote for, or purchasing, an insurance policy covering such child, and you hereby provide authorization for any information that you may submit to us on behalf of that child. 




Information Collected for Quotes or Policy Purchases

The information collected for a quote or for an insurance policy is used to provide policy quotes and to issue your policy. This information is sent only to the insurance company underwriting the policy.


When we collect information for a quote or an insurance policy, we will use it only in connection with the provision of the quote and/or delivering, billing for, and communication concerning the relevant insurance policy.


We retain information provided by you for the provision of a quote or purchase of an insurance policy on our servers located in the United States. 


Please be aware that information collected in connection with the provision of a quote or purchase of an insurance policy is separate from the other information we may collect from you in connection with (for example) your establishment of an account on the Website, if applicable, which other information is treated as described in the remainder of this privacy policy.


We may use your information to personalize communications with you, respond to your requests, and to notify you of updates to the Terms or this Privacy Policy.


Insurance Agent Information

If you are an insurance agent who voluntarily contacts us through the Website, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and we may use your contact information and any other information that you provide to us, to respond to you. We treat this information as it would treat any other unsolicited business correspondence, and have no obligation to keep this information confidential, nor to take any security measures to protect this information.


Other Collected Information

Company is not responsible for information given to Third-Party Platforms or other parties. Some of our web pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons, which are also called single-pixel gifs. These images allow us to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. We also may include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to count how many messages have been opened and acted upon.
